His work focuses on helping customers move from concept, sketch, CAD file, or production challenge to practical, manufacturable solutions.

Walt has worked across industries including aerospace, automotive, medical, defense, foundry, education, and industrial manufacturing. He combines hands-on technical experience with real-world production knowledge to help customers make better decisions about materials, design, process, and manufacturing approach.

Janelle Jaeger supports operations, customer communication, and client relations at Jaeger Technology Group LLC. Her work helps keep projects organized, communication clear, and customers connected to the right resources throughout the process.

With a background in education, insurance, and small business operations, Janelle brings a practical, people-focused perspective to the company. She helps bridge the gap between customer needs, project coordination, and day-to-day execution.

Joe Buring, MD serves as a clinical advisor to Jaeger Technology Group LLC, with an interest in clinical applications, medical innovation, and bioprinting. His perspective helps connect emerging manufacturing technologies with practical healthcare, research, and translational opportunities.
