Please contact us before stopping by to schedule a visit or discuss your project.

Are you a 3D printing service?

Yes, We are, but we do so much more than just 3D Print Parts!   3D printing is one of our tools, but our focus is solving manufacturing problems.

We help with materials, design review, manufacturability, tooling, prototypes, and production support.

Do I need a 3D model?

No. A CAD file helps, but we can also review drawings, sketches, photos, or physical parts.

For engineering work, STEP files are preferred when available.

If we only have an idea or requirements, can you handle the design?

Yes. We can help turn an idea, sketch, sample part, drawing, or written requirements into a practical design path.

Depending on the project, this may include concept development, CAD modeling, design review, material selection, prototyping, manufacturability feedback, and preparation for short-run production.

For complex or regulated projects, we define scope, assumptions, deliverables, and intended use before beginning design work.

What file types do you accept?

We commonly work with STEP, STL, 3MF, OBJ, IGES, DXF, DWG, PDF drawings, Fusion 360 files, and SolidWorks files.

For engineering and manufacturing work, STEP files are preferred when available because they preserve cleaner geometry than mesh-only formats like STL.

What materials can you print?

We work with common and engineering-grade materials including PLA, PETG, PCTG, ABS, ASA, nylon, carbon-fiber-filled materials, flexible materials, resin materials, and specialty materials.

Material choice depends on strength, heat resistance, wear, chemical exposure, surface finish, dimensional stability, and cost.

How much does 3D printing cost?

Pricing depends on part size, material, print time, quantity, machine requirements, post-processing, and engineering time.

Send us your file, drawing, or project details through our [Contact Page] for a quote.

How long does a project usually take?

Lead time depends on project size, material, machine availability, design requirements, post-processing, and quantity.

Simple parts may be completed quickly, while larger, more complex, or engineering-heavy projects may require additional review, setup, production, and finishing time.

Do you ship completed parts?

Yes. Jaeger Technology Group can ship completed parts by UPS or FedEx, and we can also ship using a customer’s UPS or FedEx shipping account when requested.

We have found USPS to be less reliable for many industrial and business shipments, but we will ship by USPS upon request.

Shipping method, packaging requirements, insurance, and any special handling needs should be confirmed before shipment.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, when appropriate. We regularly work with confidential designs, industrial parts, customer projects, and early-stage product concepts.

If your project requires confidentiality, let us know before sending sensitive files.

How do you handle customer information?

We use customer information to communicate about projects, prepare quotes, process orders, provide services, and support normal business operations.
